I am very happy with the product and shopping over the internet was very convenient. My only concern is that the delivery proved to be tricky as I was at work and it meant that I had to take time off work to receive the parcel. It would be more convenient if the courier company could deliver either between 9am - 1pm or 1pm to 5pm so that one does not have to take a whole day's leave from work to receive the delivery. Besides this minor point, overall I am very happy with the sari and the customer service provided.
