| Shipping Policy:
For Deliveries within India:
We offer free shipping for deliveries within India. All major cities
and towns, which are connected with courier companies can be reached
within 72 hours after shipping the goods. Gifts into interior
villages are shipped by registered post, which might take 7 to
10 working days. The time required to ship a gift depends on the
product which is specified in the respective page.
For Deliveries outside India:
We use reputed courier companies to ship goods outside India, like
Fedex, DHL, TNT or Aramex. The shipping rates are subsidized rates
which are less than what we pay to these companies.
Shipping costs are based on number of items you buy in one transaction and the total value of the items purchased. There are two types of shipping rates STANDARD SHIPPING and REDUCED SHIPPING. Our system calculates the shipping rate based on the total value of the items purchased which is explained below.
We are aware that one of the greatest impediments to e-commerce
is the shipping charge paid by the customers. We have therefore
initially even toyed with the idea of making shipping free. We
however soon figured that this was not an answer to the problem.
Shipping charges would in fact get added to the product price
and customer would pay unfairly high price if he purchased multiple
items under the same order. This happens because all courier companies
charge a minimum base shipping charge for first ½ kg and
thereafter shipping charges keep going marginally up in sliding
scale according to the volumetric weight of the shipment

You can send us back the item you have purchased in its original
condition and pack within 7 days, incase you do not like it for
any reasons. Perishable items cannot be returned.

Refunds on Returns:
- We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing
the item.

We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable,
or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value
of the goods.

There is a admin / credit card commission cost of 10% of the final
order value ( 5% while accepting and 5% while refunding ) or $10
USD depending on the order size.
Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products:
Every product is triple checked before it is shipped. Since we
handpick our retail stock, the first quality check takes place
at the time of buying, at the artisan's premises. The second manual
check takes place before those products are entered into our stock
database and are exhibited on the website. The final and the most
important quality check takes place before the products are shipped
to the customer.
Our Refund Policy does not apply to personalized products, custom
made apparels or items and jewelery items.
