Flowers, cakes, mithai, toys, sarees, gift items and much much more. If you like to send a gift not included in our shopping cart, please feel free to mention it in our Request a Product option. We will get back to you to confirm whether we can arrange it for you and its price and include it in our shopping cart to enable you to order.

What are the procurement sources of the items bought ?
All the items are bought from the best address in the city which have been renowned for their quality for years. If you want us to buy from a specific place please mention it in Request a Product. We will get back to you to confirm whether we can arrange it and its price.

How to order ?
Click here to get a clear picture on how to order. Please note that email is our preferred form of communication for inquiries on services or status of orders or refunds or delivery complaints. All enquiries on our services and orders are handled via email. Our delivery schedule starts by 11 am.

Chennaibazaar.com accepts payments in all major currencies of the world. You can pay in
USD - US Dollars
GBP - Great Britain Sterling Pounds
CAD - Canadian Dollars
EUR - Euro
AUD - Australian Dollars
NZD - New Zealand Dollars
INR - Indian Rupee
SGD - Singapore Dollars
ZAR - South African Rand
You can select your payment options in any of the above currencies and your payments would be settled only in the currency you choose. So you can be sure of what you are paying and there are no hidden costs.

Is my credit card number/bank a/c. number secure ?
Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by CGI script capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

How is the item delivered ?
All the items like Cakes and Flowers are hand delivered to the door in the list of cities mentioned. All other items are delivered through our logistics partner called BLUE DART or TNT. Incase, if the delivery location is not served by these courier companies, an alternative reputed courier company is used or sent through registered post in the last chance.

Are the items delivered as per the display on the webpage?
The products will match the image on the webpage as the images have been sourced from the vendors from whom the final order is going to be sourced. But Chennaibazaar, reserves in its absolute discretion, to deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons beyond its control. In the saree section there might be variations in color, however every attempt would be made to deliver the same product.

What if you don't deliver or deliver late ?
Sometimes due to circumstances beyond control, orders are not delivered or delivered late. In such situations Chennaibazaar will not be liable for any amount more than the purchase price of the item(s).  

How do I know that the item has been delivered on-time ?
After the delivery we'll send you a confirmation of Delivery by email. It shall contain information on date, time of delivery, name of recipient, return message for you, etc.

Which all areas are deliverable?
For deliveries within India, Please click here to find out the areas deliverable by us. If you dont find your area please send us a mail we will try an alternative.

All Inclusive price?
The total cost at time of making the purchase is displayed online. Hence our prices are all inclusive (packing & shipping) for deliveries in India. Octroi charges are collected by Certain States and needs to be borne by the customer. International deliveries may attract local taxes such as customs duty. Those are not included in the price and incase applied will need to be borne by the customer.

Are there any additional delivery charge ?
We do not charge any delivery charge for deliveries in India. The delivery charges for other countries like USA, Canada, and rest of the world depends on the number of items.

How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?
We normally require about 2 working days to process orders received and to ship out the items.
Delivery, after shipping, takes around 2 working days to metro locations within India and about 3
working days for non-metro locations. We understand the significance of the occasion and
try our very best to expedite the order and deliver it at the earliest possible.

Can I send some message along with the gift ?
Yes, you can send message along with your gifts. Type your message in the message box in the order form. Your message will be hand written/printed and sent along with the gift on a greeting card.

Can the recipient send me a return message ?
Yes, the recipient can send a return message to you. We request all recipients to fill in the return message for you in the delivery confirmation memo and we shall email it back to you.

What if I have to cancel my order ?
All orders placed can be cancelled if they the cancel requests is placed within 24hrs from the time the order is placed. There would be 10% processing fee for cancellations. However, incase if the ordered item is perishable in nature like flowers, cakes, sweets etc and if they are shipped then they cannot be cancelled or refunded as they cannot be consumed again.

What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there ?
We will inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the receiver's address within 24 hrs. of receiving our message. Incase, the ordered item is perishable in nature like flowers, cakes, sweets etc, then it would not be replaced unless the change in address is informed 48 hrs in advance of delivery date.

What if the ordered item is out of stock or not available for shipping ?
Incase if an ordered item is not available for shipping or if it is out of stock, Chennaibazaar would promptly inform the sender of the gift by email and the sender can either cancel that or choose any alternate gift of that value or pay the difference for another gift.

What is Chennaibazaar's Refund Policy ?
Refund Policy: The Customer may cancel an Order without giving any reasons within a maximum period of 48 hours from the time of placing the Order, and receive a refund. Any Order cancellation subsequent to this would be governed by Chennaibazaar's Refund Policy. There will be no refunds in the cases of Orders for flowers and cakes. Refunds for Orders placed for other items will be at the discretion of Chennaibazaar, based on the status of Chennaibazaar's Order with the vendor. If a refund is possible, an administrative charge / Credit Card processing & refunding charge of 10% of order value or 10 USD, whichever is more will be deducted from the amount payable to the Customer.
